Hey, I’m jess brown.

Registered dietitian, certified eating disorder and sports specialist, wife, mama to two wild boys and neRDy lover of all things food.

Unfortunately, I didn’t always feel empowered - in fact, I spent WAY too many precious years feeling uncomfortable in my body and fighting with food on the daily.

Wow, I never thought I would have come so far in 12 weeks.

this past year I lost 20 freaking pounds all while NOT obsessing about food or my weight.
