In this 30-day program, Jess will guide you through a comprehensive kitchen and closet clean-out and meal prep revival plan to help you create space for empowered eating. Get ready to revamp your kitchen, stock up on nutritious ingredients, and prepare delicious meals that will nourish your body and soul.

Throughout the challenge, you will gain access to weekly tips and tricks, snack lists, menus and guidance to create a meal planning system that works. By the end of the 30 days, you’ll have a well-organized kitchen, an empowered closet, and the skills to prepare empowered meals efficiently.

  • You know I don’t believe foods have a good or bad label… and yet some foods better support your values compared to others. Week 1 is all about the Empowered Eating algorithms to help you decide what to toss and what to keep! This includes food and a customized supplement strategy.

  • In week 3 we talk about how to clean out your closet to set yourself up for body empowerment. We also tackle setting up plans to grocery shop, meal prep, and how to create the ideal morning routine.

  • In true empowered eating form there is no measuring or calorie counting, but we do have some direction on how to build meals that energize! The menus and meals provided are based on the latest research highlighting nutrition for optimal mental health. By incorporating polyunsaturated fatty acids, omega-focused proteins, and high-fiber carbohydrate menu options you can impact both gut and mental well being.

  • In the last week you will meet with Jess for a 30 minute accountability call. We will check in to see what is working, where you may have questions, and also to hold you accountable because lets be honest- when it comes to this stuff accountability is key!
