I am a wife, mom, boss, cross-fitter, and self-proclaimed ornithologist (bird watcher). I believe that in order to give life our best, we have to have health woven into the basic fabric or our day. My mission here is to help you figure out how to make that happen for you.
As a Registered Dietitian (RD) I have been working in the health industry for the last 13 years. I run a medical nutrition therapy clinic and am an adjunct professor for nutrition at the University of New Mexico. I have certifications in Eating Disorders (CEDRD) and Sports Dietetics (CSSD). All of which means I spend my days knee-deep in food talk – specifically sports nutrition and making peace with food.
