I teach nutrition using the Empowered Eating Method: biofeedback and science supported nutrition, fueled by your values. My mission is to teach you how to become an empowered eater by helping you implement intentionality to reach your goals while guiding you on when to incorporate guilt-free flexibility based on what you value most.
