As a registered dietitian with a passion for fueling both body and soul, my superpower is to help women break free from the from the diet to anti-diet pendulum swing and discover the balance between intentional eating and food freedom. With a background in Nutrition, a Masters degree, and certifications as a specialist in Sports Dietetics and Eating Disorders, I'm dedicated to helping individuals live in alignment with their values through health.
I teach nutrition using The Empowered Eating Method TM, where biofeedback and science-supported practices meet your personal values.
My mission is to empower you to become strong and confident in your body by applying discipline to your goals while embracing intentional and enjoyable flexibility based on what is most important to you.
As a wife and mother to two boys, I understand the demands placed on our bodies and the importance of self-care without sacrifice. My journey from battling an eating disorder to recovery has fueled my passion to help others find their own empowerment and energy through balanced, nurturing nutrition. Food is not just sustenance; it is a partner in energizing our lives and unlocking our inner awesome.
