It’s a great day… until you stepped on the scale. THAT NUMBER!?!? 😱 When it doesn’t meet our expectations we are hit with a tsunami of shame, disappointment, feelings of failure, and all the not-enoughness sets in.

Then our motivation to continue healthy eating and moving goes right out the window.

Friends, I am so excited to be kicking off a 4-week series breaking down ALL THINGS about the scale. I know you can get to a place of peace when you see that number. Better yet, I know knowledge is power and with a better understanding of all that goes into what you weigh, we can finally have an objective relationship with that number, whatever it is!


What influences that number?

What if it isn’t budging?

Is it possible to attain your goal weight?
