“Clean” eating?  Well, like many of you, I’m a working mom trying to juggle more than I know what to do with so yeah…I end up at Chick-fil-A quite often.

This is why I cannot subscribe to any diet. In the game of life, life will always win. The unexpected ALWAYS pops up. Kids get sick, work deadlines creep up, and some days, I just can’t.

I see this struggle in EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. of my clients. 

Unless you are a professional athlete and your JOB is to train and fuel, chances are that you fall somewhere in this place of wanting to be healthy but not always having the time to do so. And most of us are so busy we have disconnected from our body and we don’t recognize key biofeedback markers in connection to the foods we eat

This is why I created Fuel Plan. An all foods-fit approach to guide you on how to make the most of your eating patterns based on what you ALREADY eat and tailored to get you to your goal. Everyday we have a to-do list. This never ending list is how we get **IT done. Fuel Plan utilizes the checklist approach and teaches you how much and what kind of fuel your body needs, without asking you to count calories, measure your food, or throw out all the desserts! I want all my clients to feel confident in their food choices without feeling overwhelmed or overburdened by macros, measurements,, and restriction.

I eat based on a beautiful balance of discipline and permission. Intentional eating to work towards my goal, but enough permission to enjoy some of my favorites so I don’t get caught up in the shame and guilt of eating “bad”.

It is an awesome place to be, and I want everyone to feel this food freedom.

how does the fuel plan app work?

Once you download the app, you will be able to choose from 4 different plans:

1) Improve Performance

2) Lose Weight

3) Increase Lean Body Mass

4) Optimize Energy with Nutrition.

Once you choose and purchase a plan, you will go through a detailed assessment. It takes about 5-10 minutes to complete the intake because we want to know all the details in order to calculate the most accurate fuel plan for you!

After the intake is complete a fuel plan will be individually created for you based on a detailed algorithm written by me (Jess)! Your daily plan will be displayed on your interactive dashboard where you can log your food, log your biofeedback including weight, body fluff percentage, bowel movements, energy levels, and sleep patterns. Then take a look at your weekly, monthly or yearly reports to track your progress as you go along!

who calculates my fuel plan?

I have written a detailed and complex algorithm to compile all your information from your intake assessment to create your individualized plan. It’s basically my dietitan brain in an excel spreadsheet!

will i have to pay a monthly membership fee?

Nope! It is a one time fee for your fuel plan and 1 year of access to the app. If at any time you want to re-do your plan, you sign up for an additional fee to complete a reassessment and your year access will reset at the time of purchase.

do you have a family fuel plan option?

Not yet, but it’s in the works! We are always working on adding more options for additional support!
