Scale Frustrations?!? 3 TRUTHS About The Scale And Your Goals. THE SCALE SERIES #2

THE SCALE SERIES Continues!!!

Is the scale worth all the stress and emotion we give to it?

Friends, I am so excited to be continuing this 4-week series breaking down ALL THINGS about the scale. In today’s episode, I am sharing 3 TRUTHS about the scale and how you can interpret that number in a way that supports your goals, instead of frustrating yourself!

As a dietitian, I weigh lots of people, lots of times. This practice has given me a vantage point when it comes to the number on the scale because it has provided me with time and mass amounts of numerical data points to come to some solid, life-giving solutions around what a person weighs. Tune in today for insight on how to let go of frustration and see only data when you see that number at your feet.

Cellulite?? Why You Should Wear Shorts Anyway!

Raise your hand if you feel personally victimized by swimsuit season???

Summer is almost here and with all the fun it brings, it can also highlight any body image insecurities we may have been able to hide during the winter. Swimsuits? Shorts? Tank tops? The warmer weather calls for clothes that expose our skin, AND any body image hang-ups we have held onto.

Today I have 2 quick tips on how to ditch self-doubt and walk taller in those shorts this summer. Most importantly, friends, when you decide to be brave and live boldly in the body you are in… you send a POWERFUL message to the other women around you. We are in this together this summer!

Wear the shorts.

Buy the swimsuit you love.

You are allowed to be beautiful and confident in the body you are in now! You don’t need to change it, you just need to rock it.
